Here’s how this part works: our project manager discusses details about your company. We research everything from who your target audience is to the level of technical proficiency your staff members possess depending on the scope of the client’s needs. You walk away with a content brief outlining the information architecture, labeling and navigation systems associated with website projects.

Create

Based on the content brief developed during the discovery phase, we bring in our creative specialists to exercise their left-brains with your ideas, stirring up a brainstorm session that will develop concepts to best communicate your message. You exit this phase with a concise one-page creative brief in hand and your socks blown off (we don’t let you leave unless you’re barefoot and impressed).

Develop

Prior to bringing our development team onboard, our project manager develops an internal technical brief outlining specifications and key functionality issues. Our senior web developer then works closely with his team ensuring technical milestones are met within the required timeline.

Test and Implement

A much-overlooked stage during the development process, testing ensures a smooth implementation of all our systems. We develop a test report outlining all tests done further ensuring accountability for our work.

Project Management

Our methodology is anchored in meeting the client’s specific needs. Our project management team works closely with our clients to ensure milestones are successfully achieved and the project is finished on time within the required budget. Sometimes client’s ideas change. This can create a tension between parties involved. We have a proven system giving the client the flexibility to be a part of the creative process.
